How long does it take to fulfill my order?
- Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days and typically takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
Does fulfillment time include shipping time?
No, fulfillment time does not include shipping time. To estimate your total delivery time, combine the fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time below.
What are the estimated shipping times?
- 18x24 pieces: 4–9 business days
- 24x36 pieces: 8–11 business days
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Are fulfillment times guaranteed?
No, while most orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, these times are estimates based on our 30-day data. They do not account for delays due to order holds or larger orders.
Where should I ship my order for secure delivery?
To protect the value of your artwork: Ship to a secure address where someone will be available to receive the package. Avoid shipping to unattended locations or areas prone to theft. If possible, request the carrier to hold the package at their facility for pick-up.
What if my package is marked as 'delivered' but I didn't receive it?
If the carrier marks your package as “delivered”but it is lost or stolen due to being left in an unsecured location, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.

What is your return policy?
- Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How do I request a return?
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at returns@miltonwesart.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
What items are eligible for return?
Only items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for return. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
- Yes, we do not accept returns on: Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Sale items or gift cards. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
How long does it take to process a refund?
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the one you have, and once accepted, place a new order.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, email us at returns@miltonwesart.com with:
