Collectors & Artwork
Are these original works or prints?
Milton Wes Art focuses on one-of-a-kind original pieces created for collectors and elevated interiors. When a work is acquired, that exact artwork is not reproduced for other buyers.
Collector note: Once acquired, it’s gone.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
Works are presented in two formats (specified on each product page):
  • Framed Originals: archival fine art paper with professional matting and gallery-style framing.
  • Aluminum Originals: high-definition glossy aluminum with a modern float presentation.
Are pieces ready to hang on arrival?
Yes. Framed works include appropriate hanging hardware, and aluminum works ship with a hanging system suitable for standard installation.
Will colors match what I see on screen?
Screens vary by brightness and calibration. The overall palette and impact remain consistent, with minor tonal variation possible.
Orders & Shipping
How long does production and shipping take?
Typical timelines (U.S.):
  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 4–9 business days (size + destination dependent)
Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
For time-sensitive installs, email support before ordering.
How is artwork packaged?
Pieces ship in protective packaging engineered to reduce impact and surface damage, appropriate to framed works and aluminum panels.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. Email: support@miltonwesart.com.
Returns & Policies
What is your return policy?
Because each work is produced specifically for your order and is one-of-a-kind, sales are final. Returns are accepted only for damage on arrival or incorrect items, reported within 7 days with photos.
Why: Originals cannot be resold as “new” once shipped and handled.
Can I exchange one piece for another?
Exchanges aren’t offered because each piece is unique. If you want help selecting the right work before purchasing, email support for placement guidance.
Care & Display
How do I care for aluminum artwork?
  • Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
  • Avoid constant direct sunlight for maximum longevity.
How do I care for framed artwork?
  • Dust the frame gently with a soft cloth.
  • Clean glazing by spraying cleaner onto a cloth (not directly on the frame).
  • Avoid high humidity and intense sunlight.
Designers & Hospitality
Do you work with interior designers and hospitality spaces?
Yes. We support designer sourcing and hospitality placements with curated recommendations based on the space, lighting, and desired cultural tone.
How do I start a designer/hospitality inquiry?
Email commercial@miltonwesart.com with wall dimensions, timeline, and the mood you want the space to communicate. You’ll receive a concise set of recommended works and install guidance.
