Milton Wes Art focuses on one-of-a-kind original pieces. Each work is created once and not reproduced as mass prints. When you purchase a piece, you’re acquiring a unique artwork that will not be reprinted for other collectors or businesses.

What this means for you: Your artwork is yours alone. It won’t appear as the same piece in another home, lobby, or commercial space.

Artwork is produced on two main formats:

  • Framed Originals: Archival-quality fine art paper, professional matting, and gallery-style framing.
  • Aluminum Originals: High-definition glossy aluminum panels with a modern floating presentation.

Each product page clearly notes the format (framed or aluminum), size, and finish so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

Yes. Both framed pieces and aluminum works arrive ready to hang. Framed works include appropriate hanging hardware, and aluminum pieces typically feature a float mount or hanging system on the back.

You may only need standard tools (level, screws, anchors) based on your wall type.

All artwork is professionally color-managed, but screens vary. Brightness, contrast, and color settings on phones, tablets, and monitors can slightly change how colors appear.

Expectation setting: You can expect the same overall look and impact, but minor shifts in tone or brightness are normal compared to a backlit screen.

Orders & Shipping

Each piece is made to order to ensure quality and proper handling.

Typical Timelines:

  • Production: 2–5 business days for most originals.
  • Shipping: Usually 4–9 business days within the U.S., depending on size and location.

For time-sensitive gifts or installations, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

All works are packaged to protect against impact, bending, and surface damage. We use professional packaging materials appropriate for framed glass pieces and aluminum panels.

Our goal: Your artwork should arrive in gallery-ready condition, without you needing to do anything except hang it.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece itself.

We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or resolution based on the specifics of the piece.

Returns, Exchanges & Policies

Because each artwork is one-of-a-kind and made to order, returns are limited. We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged artwork upon arrival
  • Incorrect items (wrong artwork shipped)

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can support you properly.

Why this policy exists: Original works cannot be resold as “new” once they’ve been shipped and handled. This policy protects the integrity and value of each piece while still taking care of genuine issues.

We don’t offer direct exchanges since each piece is unique. If there’s a problem with your order (damage or an error), we’ll work with you to resolve it as fairly and transparently as possible.

Care & Display

Aluminum artwork is durable and relatively low-maintenance:

  • Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or glass cleaners directly on the surface.
  • Do not hang in areas with constant direct sunlight to maximize longevity.

For framed works:

  • Dust the frame gently with a soft cloth.
  • Clean glass or acrylic surfaces with a non-ammonia glass cleaner sprayed on a cloth, not directly on the artwork.
  • Avoid high-humidity environments and direct, intense sunlight.

Simple rule: Treat your artwork like you would any important piece in your home—kept dry, out of harsh light, and gently cleaned as needed.
