01

Nature of the Work

Milton Wes Art offers one-of-one works on archival museum-quality aluminum and as framed fine art by Harlem artist Corey Wesley. No edition, reprint, reproduction, or duplicate of a listed artwork is offered or authorized by Milton Wes Art.

The faces in Unapologetic Faces: The Cost of Being Seen are archetypes, not photographs or portraits of identifiable individuals.

Framed works arrive professionally framed and ready to hang. Aluminum works arrive float mounted with a French cleat and do not require additional framing.

02

Pricing and Payment

Listed artwork prices are in U.S. dollars and are firm. Milton Wes Art does not use routine discounts or negotiate listed prices.

Full payment is required at checkout. Private payment plans, deposits, and holds are not offered. Shop Pay Installments is the only installment option, when available at checkout. Eligibility and terms are handled by Shop Pay and Affirm.

Payments are processed through Shopify. Milton Wes Art does not store or access payment-card information.

03

Certificate of Authenticity

Every artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Corey Wesley and identifying the work by title, dimensions, medium, and date. The certificate is mailed separately within 30 days after delivery. Each acquired work is also entered in Milton Wes Art's permanent collector archive with its acquisition date and collector record.

Keep the certificate with your ownership records. Replacement requests may be considered at Milton Wes Art's discretion and may require a documentation fee.

04

Care, Display, and Handling

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or glass cleaner.

Environment: Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and sharp temperature changes. Do not hang the work near kitchens, bathrooms, or exterior walls without moisture barriers.

Handling: Hold the work by its frame or mounting hardware. Do not touch an aluminum surface with bare hands. Use cotton gloves when relocating it.

Damage caused by improper care, handling, or installation after delivery is the collector's responsibility.

05

Copyright and Sharing

Acquisition transfers ownership of the physical artwork. Copyright, reproduction, licensing, and digital rights remain with Corey Wesley and Milton Wes Art.

Personal, non-commercial sharing is permitted with credit: Corey Wesley | Milton Wes Art | miltonwesart.com. Commercial reproduction or use requires written permission.
