You have been invited to review this program because you have expressed serious interest in acquiring a work from the Unapologetic Faces series. This page is not public. Read every section. Download the documents. Ask questions before you sign.
What This Is
A direct arrangement between you and the artist.
The Milton Wes Art Private Installment Program is not advertised. It is not on the website. It exists for collectors who have identified a specific work and need to structure the acquisition over three monthly payments. It is extended privately, by direct invitation only.
This is not a trial. It is not a test run. It is a legally binding commitment from the moment you sign the agreement and your deposit clears. The artist removes the work from the market on your behalf and turns away all other buyers. In return, you commit to completing the payment schedule as agreed.
If you are not certain you can meet every payment date, the right answer is to wait and pay in full when you are ready. There are no refunds. There is no store credit. There are no exceptions.
The Three Tiers
Three payments. Three months. One work.
The program spans exactly three monthly payments. Payment dates are based on when your deposit clears. If your deposit clears on the 24th, Payment 2 is due the 24th of the following month, Payment 3 is due the 24th of the month after that. The deposit is always the largest payment.

All invoices are sent directly from Milton Wes Art via email. Payment is accepted via invoice only. No cash, no third-party transfer apps, no unconfirmed methods.
Full Program Terms
Read every clause. Initial every section on the agreement.
The formal agreement contains 11 clauses, each requiring your initials, and three signature points. The terms below mirror the agreement exactly. What is on this page and what is in the agreement are the same. By signing, you confirm you reviewed both.
Clause 1
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments are final and non-refundable without exception, including the deposit. No payment will be returned for any reason, including change of mind, change in financial situation, or failure to complete the schedule.
No Refunds. No Store Credit. No Exceptions. All Payments Are Final.
Clause 2
Work Removed from Market
Upon deposit clearance, the work is marked Pending Acquisition and removed from sale. The artist turns away all other buyers on your behalf. The work does not ship until final payment clears. Legal ownership remains with Milton Wes Art until that time.
Clause 3
Monthly Payment Schedule — No Extensions
Payments are monthly. The program spans exactly three months. No extensions beyond this structure are offered under any circumstance.
Clause 4
Late Payment — Automatic Cancellation at 7 Days
Milton Wes Art does not send payment reminders. We do not follow up. We do not make collection attempts. You are solely responsible for every payment date.
If a payment is not received by 11:59 PM on the 7th calendar day after the due date, and you have not contacted us in writing before that deadline, the agreement is automatically cancelled. No notice is sent. No warning is issued.
Upon cancellation: all payments are permanently forfeited, the work returns to market immediately, no refund is issued, no store credit is issued.
7 Days. No Payment. No Contact. Agreement Cancelled. Payments Forfeited. Work Back on Market.
Clause 5
Written Communication Only
If you anticipate a delay, you must contact us in writing via email to support@miltonwesart.com before the due date. Phone calls, texts, DMs, and verbal communication are not accepted. Written contact does not guarantee any modification.
Clause 6
Production and Delivery
Works are made to order. Production is initiated after Payment 2 clears, timed so the piece is ready upon final payment. Following final payment clearance, the work ships within 7 to 14 business days, fully insured. NYC collectors may arrange studio pickup by appointment.
Clause 7
Certificate of Authenticity — Separate Cover
The Certificate of Authenticity ships under separate cover from the artwork. It is not included with the piece. It will be issued within 30 days of confirmed delivery, after you have had time to inspect the work. If you have a concern about condition, contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Clause 8
Default and Forfeiture
In the event of default for any reason: the agreement is immediately void, the work returns to market, all payments are permanently forfeited, no refund is issued, no store credit is issued, and Milton Wes Art may re-list and sell the work to any buyer without notice.
Clause 9
Collector Consideration
In extraordinary personal circumstances, you may communicate your situation to the artist in writing. This is not a formal right, not a guaranteed extension, and not a modification of any clause. Any consideration is entirely at the sole discretion of Corey Wesley, with no obligation to act, and does not alter the non-refundable nature of the agreement.

Online Terms Review
You are currently on this page. Your signature on the agreement confirms you reviewed these terms, understood them, and had the opportunity to ask questions before signing. What is written here is incorporated into the agreement by reference.
Clause 11
This Agreement is Legally Binding
The signed agreement is legally binding upon execution. It cannot be modified except in writing by both parties. This arrangement is directly between you and Milton Wes Art. No third parties are involved.
This is a Legally Binding Agreement. All Terms Are in Effect Upon Signing. All Payments Are Non-Refundable.
Before You Sign
Three confirmations required before you proceed.
1. You have identified the specific work you intend to acquire. Not a general interest. A specific piece, by title, that you are committing to.
2. You can meet every payment date. There are no reminders. There is no grace period beyond 7 days. If there is any uncertainty, wait and pay in full.
3. You accept that all payments are non-refundable. Once the deposit clears, the work comes off the market. That is a mutual, binding commitment. There is no unwinding it.
