The same mouth that says I love you can say anything.

Love and Lies keeps tenderness and deceit on the same face. That is what makes the piece uncomfortable: both can come from the same person, sometimes in the same breath.

This one-of-one work by Harlem artist Corey Wesley is part of Unapologetic Faces. It is signed and documented with a certificate of authenticity.

24 × 36 aluminum work. Archival museum-quality aluminum on an MDF back. Scratch and fade resistant, with nothing over the surface. No glass, no acrylic. Ready to hang, French cleat included, floats half an inch off the wall and hangs vertical or horizontal. Signed on the front by Corey Wesley. Signed certificate of authenticity included.

This work arrives on a floating wall mount with a concealed backing. It hangs securely and floats half an inch off the wall, so the surface reads clean and the edges catch light. No additional framing required.
Each work is signed and permanently archived upon acquisition. The Certificate of Authenticity is the permanent record of that acquisition and documents the work, the collector, and the acquisition date. It is mailed under separate cover within 30 days of delivery. No reproductions. No editions. Once acquired, this work exists nowhere else.
Corey Wesley is the artist and founder of Milton Wes Art. The studio handles acquisition inquiries directly, including availability, pricing, placement, and delivery.
