Milton Wes Art is open to a small number of commission-based sales partnerships for placing one-of-a-kind contemporary portrait pieces by New York artist Corey Wesley into private collections, interior design projects, and hospitality environments.

This is an independent contractor opportunity (commission-only). It is designed for experienced, relationship-driven professionals with an existing network—not entry-level applicants.

The Opportunity

• Represent and introduce one-of-a-kind contemporary portrait pieces to qualified buyers.
• Facilitate placements with collectors, interior designers, galleries, and hospitality decision-makers.
• Support conversations through to completed sales while protecting brand integrity and luxury positioning.

Pricing is firm, scarcity is real (one-of-a-kind), and the collection is built for curated spaces—not mass-market décor.

Commission Structure

Commission is earned per artwork sold (net sale price, excluding tax) and paid after funds clear:

• 30% standard commission per artwork sold
• 35% hospitality or multi-piece placements
• 25% passive introductions (no closing involvement)

This opportunity is performance-based. There is no salary, no draw, and no discount authority.
