Milton Wes Art is open to a small number of commission-based sales partnerships for placing one of one contemporary works by Harlem artist Corey Wesley into private collections, interior design projects, and hospitality environments.

This is an independent contractor opportunity (commission-only). It is designed for experienced, relationship-driven professionals with an existing network—not entry-level applicants.

The Opportunity

• Represent and introduce one of one contemporary works to qualified buyers.
• Facilitate placements with collectors, interior designers, galleries, and hospitality decision-makers.
• Support conversations through to completed acquisitions while protecting brand integrity and positioning.

Pricing is firm, scarcity is real (one of one), and the collection is built for curated spaces—not mass-market spaces.

Commission Structure

Commission is earned per work sold (net sale price, excluding tax) and paid after funds clear:

• 30% standard commission per work sold
• 35% hospitality or multi-piece placements
• 25% passive introductions (no closing involvement)

This opportunity is performance-based. There is no salary, no draw, and no discount authority.
