The purchase of artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only, not the underlying intellectual property rights. Restrictions on Use:

Each piece sold as "one-of-a-kind" is created once and never reproduced. Upon purchase, you receive: • Certificate of authenticity guaranteeing exclusivity • Assurance that no identical pieces will be created or sold • Documentation of the artwork's unique provenance Limited Quantities:
Due to the exclusive nature of our artwork: • Each piece is available to only one collector • Once sold, the specific artwork is permanently unavailable • Similar themes may inspire future works, but each piece remains unique SECTION 3 - COMMERCIAL CLIENT TERMS
Art Collaboration Services:
For hotels, restaurants, corporate spaces, and interior design projects: • Services include artistic guidance, not traditional consulting • Recommendations are based on artistic expertise and space assessment • Final artwork selection remains subject to availability and artist approval Commercial Confidentiality:
• Project details and client information remain confidential • Space specifications and design requirements are protected • Portfolio usage requires explicit written consent Installation Guidance:
• We provide detailed installation specifications and recommendations • Professional installation is the client's responsibility • Quality control oversight is available upon request SECTION 4 - PROHIBITED USES (ARTIST-SPECIFIC)
In addition to standard prohibitions, you are specifically prohibited from: • Reproducing or duplicating any artwork for commercial purposes • Creating derivative works based on our artistic designs • Using artwork images for competing art business purposes • Removing or altering artist attribution or signatures • Presenting our work as your own creation • Using our creative concepts for competing artistic works SECTION 5 - USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS (MODIFIED)
Artwork Feedback and Testimonials:
Customer reviews and testimonials may be used for marketing purposes with your consent. However: • We do not claim ownership of your creative ideas or suggestions • Design input for commissions remains confidential to your project • Portfolio images require explicit permission before use • Customer project details are not shared without consent Creative Submissions:
If you submit creative ideas, inspiration images, or design concepts: • These remain confidential to your specific project • We do not claim unlimited rights to your submissions • Creative input is used solely for your commissioned work • Original creative concepts submitted by clients remain their property SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (ARTIST-SPECIFIC)
Artwork Quality and Satisfaction:
While we maintain high artistic standards: • Artistic interpretation may vary from initial concepts • Color variations may occur due to monitor and lighting differences • One-of-a-kind nature means exact reproduction is impossible • Custom commissions are subject to artistic interpretation Delivery, Damage, and Loss:
• Transit damage and wrong items must be reported promptly and no later than 48 hours after delivery to corey@miltonwesart.com • Milton Wes Art manages carrier investigations for shipments lost before delivery and packages marked delivered but missing • Approved claims are handled under Shipping, Delivery & Claims • Except where law requires otherwise or that policy provides a remedy, sales are final SECTION 7 - INDEMNIFICATION (ENHANCED)
You agree to indemnify BlackOutEndeavors LLC d/b/a Milton Wes Art and artist Corey Wesley Warren from any claims arising from: • Unauthorized reproduction or use of artwork • Violation of intellectual property rights • Commercial use of artwork without permission • Failure to provide proper artist attribution • Breach of confidentiality regarding commission details SECTION 8 - ARTIST PROTECTION CLAUSE
Creative Independence:
Corey Wesley Warren reserves the right to: • Decline commissions that conflict with artistic vision • Maintain creative control over all artistic works • Refuse reproduction or alteration requests • Protect the integrity of artistic style and reputation Professional Standards:
All artwork is created according to professional fine art standards: • Museum-quality materials and processes • Archival permanence for long-term value • Professional documentation and authentication • Adherence to contemporary art market practices SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
